Serrera Minimales Tannat Del Bosque (6 botellas x 750cc)

Tannat del Bosque is a tannat from a small plot of Lunlunta, bordered by a forest that provides shade for almost the entire day and makes the grape much more delicate. It is a wine from microplots.

Serrera's Minimal wine line is inspired by the movement called “natural wines” that worldwide began in Europe and is currently expanding to all parts of the world.

This movement seeks to produce wines that respect the care of the environment, attempting sustainable and organic viticulture, as well as applying those ancient practices in which modifications and interventions on the musts and wines obtained were minimal, trying to ensure that the wine is the direct consequence of the grape that gives it origin, without modifications in its original composition.

They are always wines from very limited batches, since the process is very artisanal, and small plots are also chosen that have interesting and special characteristics.
