Serrera Minimales Moscatel Criolla (6 botellas x 750cc)

Moscatel Criolla is a co-fermentation of these two varieties, mixed at random in a very old vineyard on the Serrera estate in Tupungato.

The Minimals line of wines from Serrera is inspired by the movement known as “natural wines” which worldwide began in Europe and is currently expanding to all parts of the world.

This movement seeks to produce wines that respect the environment, attempting sustainable and organic viticulture, as well as applying those ancient practices in which modifications and interventions on the musts and wines obtained were minimal, trying to make the wine the direct consequence of the grape that gives it origin, without modifications in its original composition.

They are always wines from very limited batches, since the process is very artisanal, and in addition, small plots are chosen that have interesting and special characteristics.

They do not have added sulfites

They are not filtered or clarified

They are from organic grapes with biodynamic practices
