Vinification: De-stemming at low revolutions, seeking not to damage the grains. Grain selection. Immediate cooling. Cold color and aroma extraction. Malolactic fermentation in first-use French and American oak barrels. 100% of the volume of the wine is preserved in the barrels for more than 12 months. After fractionation, it is stored in the bottle for more than 12 months at a controlled temperature of 16/18 degrees.

Tasting notes: Only produced in exceptional years and in limited editions. Intense and bright ruby red color. Complex nose, notes of ripe red fruits and pepper, harmonized in balance with the wood. Faithful expression of the terroir. In the mouth, its structure and acidity manage to come together and result in a round, persistent wine with a finish that invites you to drink again. Very elegant. A wine that is not forgotten.
