Harvest: in 17 kg boxes

Vinification: De-stemming at low revolutions, seeking not to damage the grains. Grain selection. Immediate cooling. Cold color and aroma extraction. Malolactic fermentation in first-use French and American oak barrels. 100% of the volume of the wine is preserved in the barrels for more than 12 months. After fractionation, it is stored in the bottle for more than 12 months at a controlled temperature of 16/18 degrees.

History of wine: Serrera Amis is a tribute to friendship, the complement of personalities, teamwork and shared dreams. It is produced in limited editions. Intense and lively ruby red color typical of high altitude wines. Complex nose, notes of ripe red fruits, harmonized in balance with the wood. In the mouth, its structure and acidity come together and result in a round and elegant, persistent wine. Each drink strengthens the ties, with those who are and with those who are gone, but who will always be with us.
