Portillo Cabernet Sauvignon (6 botellas x 750cc)

Made with grapes from different plots of Finca el Oasis vineyards, located between 1050 to 1100 meters above sea level. These vineyards were cultivated in 2004. The soils of the estates are shallow, stony, with excellent permeability and low organic matter content. Balanced vines, oriented in a bilateral cordon trellis system, with low production. Efficient control of drip irrigation and adequate canopy management to achieve optimal maturity.
