Fermentation with native yeasts, in concrete vessels
Maceration time 30 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Breeding in concrete pools.
The wine contains sulfites and is filtered before bottling.
Tasting notes: ruby red color, highlights the spicy notes, GREEN MORRON and black fruits, present tannins and long finish.
