The use of grapes from different soils, climates and regions of Mendoza, with very cold winters, dry and hot summers, cool nights, rich soils and irrigation with water that comes from the Andes Mountains, makes it possible to obtain a product of excellent quality, both in young and aged wines.

Elaboration:
Manual harvest during the second half of March and the first week of April, transported in 5,000 kg containers. Cluster selection is carried out in the vineyard. Fermentation and maceration for 8 days at temperatures between 25º-27º C, then maceration
post-fermentation for 7 days, using alternating pump-over, delestage and pisage methods throughout the process. Malolactic fermentation: carried out at 100% of the volume.

Color: Deep red, with violet highlights
Aroma: Complex wine with notes of jam, ripe figs and dried black fruits.
Mouth: Friendly entry, juicy tannins and long finish in the mouth.
Breeding:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 70% of the wine spends 12 months in French oak, while 30% of the wine spends 12 months in first-use French oak barrels.
Pairing:
Ideal to accompany red meats, marinated game meats and hard cheese.
Temperature:
Drink between 16° and 18°C.
