FLOORS

ALTAMIRA: Loamy to clay loam soils; with the presence of calcareous pebbles in the subsoil. VIEW FLORES Soils with little organic matter and variable depth between 50 cm and 1.2 meters. The presence of a large amount of sand and large circular stones at depth make them very permeable and well drained, with the presence of small circular stones or "pebbles" on the surface.

FERMENTATION

Pre-fermentation maceration for 72 hours, Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with total macerations between 15 and 24 days, fermentation temperatures up to 28°C.

BREEDING

Aged in French and American Oak Barrels for 12 to 14 months.

TASTING NOTES

At first glance it has a violet red color, with bluish highlights. The nose is dominated by ripe red and stone fruits such as plums, black cherries and raspberries, interwoven with subtle notes of vanilla provided by the oak. On the palate it has a sweet impact, where there are flavors of black and red fruits, of good tension and freshness, with well-integrated and structured tannins, which give it a long and persistent finish.
