NOTES OF TASTING

Unique Vineyard located in the Uco Valley, our winery selected plot number 42 with an area of 0.5 hectares. It has a sandy loam soil with pebbles on the surface. This Cabernet Franc achieved a distinctive aroma of the varietal and a palate of persistent and friendly tannins.

One hundred percent Cabernet Franc, aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, bottled in September 2018 and stored in an underground cellar at 15° C. Limited batch of 3,278 bottles.
