NOTES OF TASTING

When viewed, it appears to have a deep red color and violet hues. It is a bright wine of medium intensity, which reflects the typicality of the varietal and the area.

The nose is very aromatic with notes reminiscent of fresh plums and smoky touches due to its aging in French oak barrels.

Excellent wine to accompany roasted, grilled, braised red meats or smoked vegetables with fresh cheese and a touch of olive oil.

Service temperature: 14-17° C
