Preparation at Bodega Niven Junín-Mendoza

100% stemmed, cold maceration for 24 hours,

Fermentation with native yeasts in concrete vessels.

100% Spontaneous malo-lactic fermentation

Aged partly in used barrels and partly in concrete vessels.

After 12 months, an assembly of both components is carried out.

The wine contains sulfites and is filtered before bottling.

It does not contain any clarifying agents of animal origin, making it suitable for vegans.

Vegetarians and celiacs.

Tasting notes: visible, violet tone, high intensity.

Nose: notes of dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla, red fruits such as cherry, black fruits, blackberry plum, as well as a slight clove and licorice.

In the mouth it is unctuous with great structure, with a long and silky finish.
