Doña Paula Estate Malbec (6 botellas x 750cc)

We present to you the Doña Paula Estate Malbec, a wine that captivates from the first glance with its intense violet color. On the nose, complex aromas of black fruits, violets and subtle spices are perceived, which create an irresistible olfactory symphony. In addition, its mineral and graphite notes provide a distinctive character that makes it unique. 🍷

On the palate, this Malbec is well balanced and fresh, with good concentration and a medium structure that makes it a pleasant experience. Its soft tannins and a persistent finish make it perfect to enjoy on any occasion.

Vinification: The harvest is carried out manually during the first week of April. The destemming is gentle, taking care of the integrity of the grain. A cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out to highlight the primary aromas, followed by fermentation at low temperatures and a post-fermentation maceration of between 15 and 20 days. This wine is aged in first, second and third use French oak barrels for 12 months, providing complexity and elegance.
