This wine is a tribute to the fruitful work carried out by the Don Bosco Works in Rodeo del Medio, on the 120th anniversary of the filtration of the first Licoroso made in the Winery of the same name. With this special wine, the wine-growing and educational activity of the Salesians of Don Bosco began in 1901. 120 years after the beginning, the task continues, reflecting the values that Don Bosco promoted: education, evangelization and work. Proudly, we continue to share the wines of Bodega Don Bosco, which are a sign of constant work, quality products and training of professionals for the world.

The wine is aged in medium toasted French oak barrels and 4-5th use untoasted American oak barrels. These barrels, prior to this, had traditional wines that helped to "tame" the barrels when they were new, to be conditioned and in conditions so that the liquor rests in them for 20 years without them covering the characteristics of the wine.
