CATA'S NOTES

In the glass you can perceive a deep violet halo with a black center, on the nose the aromas of licorice and oak, dried fruits and ripe black plums stand out, with an exultant, robust and elegant palate, complex flavors of time in oak and red fruits Ripe fruits are combined with licorice, plums, raisins, blackberries and spices, with a touch of quince. Harmonious and virile, it pairs with stewed meat dishes, baked and roasted fatty meats, grilled game meats and Italian-style pastas, semi-hard cheeses and main dishes from Mediterranean cuisine. Drink between 16º C and 18º C. Rest in a decanter for 40 minutes.

Blend Gran Reserva, 80% Malbec from Luján de Cuyo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc from Valle de Uco, aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
