TASTING NOTES

Our oil is yellow with green highlights. On the nose: reminiscent of tomato leaves, freshly cut grass and fresh olives. In the mouth: it has an intense bitter and spicy flavor that reminds us of fresh herbs. Suggestion: Ideal to accompany green salads, cheeses and pastas. Keep in a cool and dark place. We use dark glass containers to protect it from oxidation.

Bonfanti Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with olives from ancient plants, which are located in the more than 100-year-old vineyards that the Bonfanti family owns in Luján de Cuyo, where the most important variety is Arauco.
