WINEMAKING

A demanding selection of grains is carried out. A cold maceration takes place at 8°C for 4 days, then it undergoes an alcoholic fermentation at 26°C, where Delestage work, open pump-overs and pillage are carried out, evaluating the moment in a sensory way, finally a post-fermentation maceration is carried out where The temperature is maintained at 28°C in order to demonstrate its sensory potential.

TASTING NOTES

It has an intense red color with violet tones and black reflections, it has a complex aroma that reminds us of red fruits, blackberries and chocolate. In the mouth it is intense and fruity. The excellent balance of the oak and the characteristics of the cut present us with a powerful, fruity and elegant wine.
