WINEMAKING
A demanding selection of grains is carried out, then the bunch with dry ice goes to the press to carry out a small maceration in an oxygen-free environment, after a very gentle pressing to obtain an elegant pink color, we continue with a careful fermentation between 13 and 15ºC with periodic movements of the lees. After fermentation we continue with the care of the lees and the cut is separated into cement eggs and ceramic vessels. After spending a few months in these vessels, it continues on its way to the bottle, where it continues development.
TASTING NOTES
It has an elegant pink color with orange tones, a fresh wine where floral aromas and red fruits such as cherry stand out. The result is a rosé with good acidity and an excellent center in the mouth.
Service Temperature: 8°C to 11°C
