WINEMAKING

Selection of grains with a pre-fermentation maceration of 2 days at 8°C seeking to express the potential of the terroir in terms of color and body, then begins its path of alcoholic fermentation where pump-over and pillage work is carried out. Finally, a post-fermentation maceration is carried out where the temperature is maintained at 28-30°C in order to demonstrate its sensory potential.

TASTING NOTES

It has an attractive red color with deep blue-black tones. It has an aroma of red fruits reminiscent of plum. In the mouth it is fruity, fresh and round, with friendly and sweet tannins, inviting to have a second glass.
