The word "assemblage" means "cut" in French.

Composition:

50% Malbec, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot and 7% Petit Verdot. Its grapes are located between 1,100 and 1,300 meters above sea level in La Consulta and Tupungato, in the province of Mendoza.

Breeding:

16 months in new French barrels (Taransaud).

15 years.
