SOILS:
Pinot Noir: Los Chacayes – Tunuyán – 1100 meters above sea level, Shallow soils, poor in organic matter, of alluvial origin, sandy loam, with a large amount of fragmented stone, some of them with calcareous deposits.
Chardonnay: El Peral – Tupungato – 1200 meters above sea level, Alluvial soils, shallow, poor in organic matter, and very permeable, abundant pebbles on the surface and bocha stone in depth.

CATA'S NOTES:
Pale yellow color with golden tones. To the nose Pinot Noir provides aromas of acidic red fruits such as cherries, currants and blueberries, Chardonnay in turn provides fresh citrus notes.
In the mouth it is fresh and with a good sweet-acid balance, the prolonged aging on its lees gives it pleasant creaminess. With a long and persistent finish.

Ideal to accompany starters with sophisticated flavors, appetizers, smoked salmon, seafood and fresh fish.
